wastewater treatment and sludge handling. The focus is on physical separation
and sludge dewatering, backed by in-house engineering and a solution finder with

## Technologies

- Pile cloth media filtration (German: Tuchfiltration / Polstofffiltration):
  vertical and horizontal disc filters for tertiary suspended-solids removal,
  phosphorus polishing, water reuse and activated-carbon retention. Typical
  surface loading roughly 4-10 m3/(m2·h); achievable effluent total suspended
  solids commonly below 5-10 mg/l depending on feed water.
- Dissolved air flotation (DAF): removal of fats, oils, greases, fibres and
  light flocs; typical surface loading roughly 4-12 m3/(m2·h) with recycle-stream
  saturation.
- Screw press sludge dewatering: low-energy, low-noise continuous dewatering;
  unattended operation; skid-mounted and containerised versions available.
- Polymer preparation and dosing: automatic make-up and maturation of liquid or
  powder polymer for conditioning ahead of flotation, dewatering and filtration.
- Lamella (inclined plate) separation for compact clarification.
- Moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) for biological load reduction and nitrification.
- Tank and vessel engineering: stainless-steel tanks, pressure vessels and
  customised containerised plant.
