Thickening Zone

Initial gravity drainage removes the bulk of free water. The sludge volume is rapidly reduced before entering the high-pressure zone, optimizing throughput.

The R+F Multi-Disk Principle

At the core of our screw press series lies a sophisticated multi-disk filter drum. By combining fixed and moving rings with a variable-pitch screw, the system creates increasing pressure as the sludge moves toward the discharge zone.

This dynamic filtration process prevents clogging and ensures a continuous, self-cleaning operation. The result is a highly stable dewatering performance with minimal wash-water consumption and superior filtrate clarity.
