How it works

Polymer feed
Powder, emulsion or liquid polymer is dosed automatically into the make-up chamber.

Make-up & dissolution
Intensive agitation dissolves the polymer without lumps in the first chamber.

Maturation
In the maturation chamber the polymer develops its full effectiveness at a controlled residence time.

Dosing
The ready-to-use solution is dosed into the process on demand.
